In Steinbecks novel Of Mice and Men there are many reputations that relieve oneself hopes and hallucinations of what they privation to do with their sop ups. Their dream which they both follow and use to keep them passing game in tough times is that will own a dispirited ranch or farm and be open to live by themselves there. Lennie, having a simpler and childish mind, unspoilt wants to be able to tend th e rabbits whereas George looks at it as freedom. This dream is never realised as Lennie dies at the end of the novel. George could settle down go on and make enough money to officiate this clear ranch provided it would depend on if he would still want to do it with away Lennie and if it held any value to him anymore.
