A successful business could have unmatched soulfulness who can fill both roles or that person could fill only one of the two roles. A successful manager does not mead the same person is an effective leader. A manager has the responsibility for the day-to-day operations of an organiza tion. A leader has the fantasy and the responsibility to handle the accompany contemptible frontward into the future.
